The Customer gateway is accessible over the internet and is a presentation of the customised training programme pinpointing corporate motivation and goals for the programme. The customer gateway provides programme information and person log-in for the participants. It is also an opportunity for the company’s management to explain why the programme was created and how it is aligned to the company’s business and strategic objectives.
The gateway increases the professional value of the course and serves as a forum for sharing lessons learned and building networks. The gateway gives the entire training programme a great degree of flexibility and individual tailoring.
The training programme and associated learning modules are presented with details of their target audience, objectives and content. It is designed in levels to meet the needs of the various target groups within the organisation. Different roles will have different needs and it is important that the content of the gateway is both accurate and relevant in order to create high levels of personal motivation.
