Improving our ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and with agreed quality is vital for us to reach our short business goals and to grow our business moving forward. This is becoming increasingly important as our customers are asking for more and more complete subsea system deliveries making the projects larger and increasingly complex. This will only happen if we are able to create an organization consisting of people with the right attitude and spirit who are provided with the best tools and knowledge within the field of project management. We are currently adjusting our training and development program to make it even more tailored towards our needs and to support our business objectives.
