Developing people is one of Aker Solution's six core values and an essential element in our leadership approach. With the great importance our projects have for the Subsea business, developing people who are influencing and working in projects obviously have high priority. An even higher focus on project management development will therefore be one of the most important strategic initiatives the coming period.

The Subsea Project School

The programme comprises traditional classroom learning, e-learning and a combination of these forms (integrated learning).

We know that you all have busy days working in projects, and taking time out for training is not easy, no matter how much you would like to attend. We take this into consideration when developing new courses, and flexibility and efficiency are therefore key words. By combining interactive e-learning with workshops, we believe this will maximise the output for the participants. Remember that at any time during the e-learning modules, you can contact your e-coach if you have questions or something that you want to discuss.
