E-coach

All e-learning participants will be supported by an e-coach. You will be able to get in touch with your coach through the learning portal. The e-coach feedback and response time will be defined together with the customer based upon the needs in the organisation. However, it should be no more than 24 hours.

The e-coaching service includes:

  • Technical Support for e-learning users
  • Methodical Support for Project Management based on the PMI-Standard
  • Conceptual Support referring to the structure and concept of the e-learning courses
  • Support regarding to Best Practices within Project Management
